We work two ways with non-profits and NGOs. On one hand, we provide an online resource allowing access to opportunities requiring foreign language fluency for nonprofit multilingual job seekers as well as the very needy populations they serve, by supporting skills development, job placement and self-reliance programs. At the same time, not-for-profit organizations interested in filling key Diversity positions find a rich resource to attract and retain adequate and culturally competent talents, thus meeting critical multilingual staffing needs.
